Day 3

- Lunch : 1 vegetable dish khichdi (with brown rice and vegetables)
- Supper . 1 small bowl of tomato soup with sauteed vegetables as toppings. Drink a glass of buttermilk.
- Snacks : Take one tablespoon of flax seed and chew. After that, a cup of yogurt (low fat curd) with berries.
Day 6
On an empty stomach, drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice and honey
- Breakfast :. 1 small bowl of oatmeal with skim milk or pesarattu green cutney and a fruit of your choice (apple or orange).
- Lunch :. 2 Chapatis with a plate of Dal and a plate of green salad
- Supper : 1 bowl of vegetable fried rice (prefer brown rice if possible) along with a plate of bean sprouts. Drink a glass of milk with turmeric powder.
- Snacks :. You can chop the fruit salad during the mid-morning and evening snacks
Day 7
Drink a cup of green tea without sugar or sweetener to the stomach empty
- Breakfast :. 2 slices of bread with cucumber (sandwich) or plain dosa with green chutney and a glass of skim milk or low -fat with less or no sugar.
- Lunch :. 1 bowl of mixed rice vegetables, along with 1 cup of buttermilk
