I had an office job, and my daily diet consisted of a latte first thing in high-calorie in the morning, followed by sugary drinks throughout the workday to move forward. Once I got home, my diet did not improve. I would eat something unhealthy dinner, or I overeat even if was healthy. Then you have to finish the evening with dessert with children, right? This combination of poor diet and physical activity zero shot my weight up to 220 pounds for the year 2009, 40 pounds more than he weighed me in college.
Did you have a moment of awakening?
My wakeup call was twofold. The "wow, you're out of shape" moment arrived at work one day when I had to renew an ID card. I was surprised how different my face looked when compared with my photo of five years earlier. I could see the weight gain on my face, and realized my weight gain overall looking in the mirror. When I lost my mother in 2013, due to heart complications that developed from type 2 diabetes and the damage it did to their bodies, have developed a sense of urgency to change things. In 2010, my job responsibilities changed and started working from home. I took this opportunity to start planning meals better and eat healthier. How to achieve your goals?

So far, the hardest part of my transformation was my diet. With just cutting calories and exercising, I was able to get under the body fat of 20 percent. How do you feel now?
