This is a continuation of my experiment to see if it is possible to drastically lower the fat over a period of six weeks, maybe I should not say drastically, but if the goal of 180 pounds and 15 % body fat is met before July fourth, then I think it would be pretty amazing.

Starting today, descended another third of a pound, from 201.9 to 201.6 percent and my body fat from 24.0 to 23.9%. Even the body mass index also decreased from 26.2 to 26.1.

In sum, I am making progress, even if it is a pound every 2 or 3 days, very good, it is I'm waiting retention especially muscle and only lose fat.

for training today I did cardio alone, two miles on the treadmill alternating between 3.5 mph to 4.0 mph and then to 5.0, 6.0 and 7.0 kilometers per hour during the last minute. That took all of 28 minutes. The only force that I was now 26 consecutive pushups, I think I'll be able to do 30 tomorrow, because I'm already making lighter, it will be easier to do more pushups.

For diet plan today, breakfast was the same as most of the previous days, the whole grain rye Tortilla wrap with tortilla scrambled eggs made with a whole egg and three egg whites and one tablespoon of flax, tomato slices, onion and spinach on top and one ounce of turkey.

bite was a half cup of cottage cheese and some grapes and almonds and walnuts.

Lunch was a tuna sandwich. Here I messed up a little because instead of the entire envelope of rye grain, which had 2 slices of wholemeal and bam wheat, new wine heartburn, so I see that even as little as 2 slices made me feel the fire in my throat, very uncomfortable and disappointing.

The dinner I had at 6 pm was a soup of vegetables, from broccoli, Brussels sprouts and spinach with some peas and garlic Raw chicken in the soup. I know it sounds awful but is really impressive. Some white meat chicken on the side.

I'm not sure if I'll have more than this tonight as I am basically complete at this point. If it did, it would be a protein shake or yogurt, but overall, I'm doing my best to not eat after 8 pm, so maybe I should hold it at this point.

What this means for you is that if you're looking to drop 20 lbs, then you may get some useful ideas of all positions that have set up this project so far.

Today I was just told by a friend who has a 30% blockage in his artery and failed a stress test and is only 50!
