Usually, many people think that the method of cardio is the best process for weight loss and is even better than walking. you will realize that walking is much better for weight loss and fat loss than running in this article.
These are general reasons why walking is better for weight loss runs:
- When you are running or doing cardio exercises , which are burning calories muscle and fat. The body is not collecting what they need calories to be burned, so the operation is only in reducing muscle mass and that is not what you need, because muscles burn more calories .
- Excess cardiovascular exercise is increasing the production of cortisol, a stress hormone, which is leading the biggest cravings nutrients, because then the body is overcompensating for the calories burned. Finally, the end result will be getting more calories than you really burned.
Too much cardio exercises will make you resistant to leptin, a hormonal effect that is similar to sleep deprivation. Then the body will not be able to express if you are satiated. You will be hungry and probably will develop a resistance to insulin, due to the high amounts of cortisol in the body and you start to gain extra weight.
Cardiovascular exercise are having a negative impact on thyroid function. For proper metabolism function, the thyroid is producing a hormone known as T4, which is conversion to T3 in order to help the metabolism. If the body is creating an excess of cortisol, thyroid gland does not produce the hormone T4 that will result with the dysfunctional metabolism.
- This is despite the race is having less impact, in addition to the most - the most bang their feet on the ground. This is not good at all, especially if overweight, as this can damage the knees and other joints.
