2015 is half again, so it's a good time to take a breath and assess whether you are squashing your health goals or if they (or life!) that is crushing. The good news is that there is no time to adjust. Like the toughest and inspiration disorders games, you can still win if you are willing to evaluate your options and make much needed adjustments.

The process is fairly simple and painless, but requires a commitment to reflect, refocus and restructure. Use the following questions to help your determination of a strategy to win the game for the second half of the year.

• What has gone well for me?
• What could you improve?
• What motivated me six months ago to achieve my goal?
• What has helped or prohibited my progress?

Refocus

• What motivates me now to achieve my goal? (This may have changed. To acknowledge it and go with it!)
• What steps can I take tomorrow, in a week, a month from now, and within six months to work towards achieving my goal?
• Perhaps you have been surprisingly successful: what moves is going to do next? In case your goal?
• Who will take responsibility?

Reframe

• How do I have adapted to a changing environment? If I have not adapted and what I'm doing does not seem to be getting me closer to my goals, how could approach this differently?
• What resources or can employ tactics that have not already tried?
• What is working well for me and how I can make these strategies to get me one step further?
• What dare do if I knew I could not fail?
• How I can use what I've learned about myself and my abilities to get me this victory?

Keep a positive mindset as best you can. Many goals take a long time to perform, but a good attitude and strong vision will help keep you on track. Do not forget to reward yourself (with non-food items, please!) With the celebration of small successes along the way.
