Carma Cameron has not always been physically very strong and personal confidence.
In fact, she felt compelled to lose 50 pounds on their own, even before joining a gym. She began walking and exercise videos at home, then decided he was ready for more. That caused her to Anytime Fitness in Wylie, Tex., And a very special mentor.

That joy led to greater weight loss and a lot to learn about strength training, fat loss and a healthier life. As a teacher, Carma could not wait brainstorm with the school nurse about how they could share these lessons with children. And he found much satisfaction in helping himself and others, he decided to get certified as a personal trainer herself.
Carma first time #MyAnytimeStory and pictures presented in 2014, sharing, "I am now a very good shape and muscular 160 pounds and I love my new lifestyle." Many sizes down and full of energy and purpose dress, her transformation was clearly physical and mental. Fortunately, this healthy foundation stuck with it as life pound on it and soon faced one of the toughest years of his life.
Carma's mother was battling breast cancer, and his health suddenly took a terrible turn. Carma spent months caring for her late mother, lover, and support it as much as possible, while sneaking in some running, walking, and lifting their own health.

In honor of his mother, his sister and Carma completed the Susan G. Komen 3 day walk for breast cancer for the second time last fall. And that's not all! Carma is certified to teach physical education, and plans to teach primary and secondary students, how to care for their health and bodies. He also wants to obtain certification of flexibility and high-level training.
fitness is no longer an option, or Carma activity; It is a lifestyle. And she intends to continue to spread its positive effects, regardless of what comes next.
