Dear Week 1
I can honestly say I was very anxious to start this program. I lost some weight on my own, but I think it's time for me to have a plan to follow that will push my boundaries and help achieve my goals. I honestly do not know what my "ideal weight" is, and I'm trying not to focus on that. I just want to get healthy for the first time in my life, and being able to keep up with my kids and busy life. I decided to commit to 4 days per week for this training.

Manja Video Week 1

Training 1: The first training was great! It was nice and short, it took me about 10 minutes and still broke a sweat. I think this short training is a great way for me to ease into the routine.

Training 2: This came after increasingly crazy day - I needed. Here is a day in the life of a mother to you: prepare lunches for children, take them to school, go to work, go to singing lessons, pick up the kids, make smoothies with my son Victor, cooking with children, clean the kitchen, eating dinner, make cherry jam homemade, clean the kitchen (again) put the kids to bed, do my workout, iron ... ahh! Just writing this list makes me exhausted. I know I lose this extra weight will give me more energy to overcome all these daily tasks because I am completely mentally and physically exhausted today. Those 20 seconds planks - who knew that 20 seconds can be so intense

Manja week 1

Training 3: My belly a little pain felt today, I like! I feel so good and full of energy. Actually I was feeling so good that I went running with the kids after school picked. They rode their bikes while running. We ended up doing 4.4 kilometers and had a lot of fun. I really want to try to incorporate more physical activity into my daily life outside training, so get some variety. Still feeling very motivated. I know it's only week 1, but so far so good.

Training 4: So yesterday I did not a workout, but I tried yoga. I'm not sure I did well, but I felt fine afterwards. Then today's training was a little more intense. I was focused because I knew it was the last training session of the week, but honestly ... .I HATE BURPEES! I even came across this IDLAKOB acronym meaning "I do not like any kind of burpees!" I know planks and burpees are hard - but together? Gosh, I was sweating a lot and I think that walking almost killed me ... almost lunges.

This was really a great start and I was full of energy throughout week. I did not feel very sore, but I feel my abs when I laughed hard - I guess I have to stop laughing. It's a joke! I made a video diary. I'm not sure how well I did. It makes me feel a little unsure, but I know looking back on it will be very useful. Anyway, I'm looking forward to next week.
