I've had a tough week. A reality very hectic week.

I've been sick since Friday and just can not seem to throw this cold. I tried very hard to get ahead, but after a week, I'm pretty beat. I am physically and emotionally exhausted and on top of that I feel like crap. I'm hoping that the worst is behind me and I can get back to feeling good.

have not been able to exercise all week, so I'm looking forward to racing the Great Pumpkin Run this weekend. I will be slow, but I can not wait to get out and burn some calories! I have also set my workouts orange Theory for the rest of the month and I'm really looking forward to getting back into it.

My diet this week has been filled with a lot of cold juice press, grilled vegetables and salads. I have not had the energy to cook, so I was very grateful for meals with friends this week and when our first Hello arrived fresh delivery.

I've seen a number of delivery services boxed meal on blogs in recent years, but I was reluctant to try one. A good friend of mine raved fresh Hi, so I was excited to try it for myself. I choose 3 meals, all of which were in individual boxes and arrived Tuesday UPS.

Last night I made the first box, garlic chicken to the pan, and it was absolutely amazing! Everything for the recipe, except olive oil, salt and pepper, was in the box. I just followed the instructions and 30 minutes later had an amazing dinner on our plates. It was so easy and I loved having enough of each ingredient for dinner. I lost nothing and the food was really impressive.

that can not be felt good, but I'm doing what I can. I often put too much pressure on myself and I can easily run down. I am thankful tomorrow is Friday and I am looking forward to the weekend. My goal this weekend is to eliminate some things from my list, for fun in the 5k, to see a lot of football, and rest. For now, I'm doing what I can.
