Reality Check :. Follow religiously and you end up looking puffy and overweight or weight loss at all ...

Of course not! But the main problem is not only the nutritional content, but also when you eat this.
Why is eating cookies, BHEL or chiwda wrong?
poor nutritional content 1- Bhel or rice puff is like eating air. Actually, it has zero nutritional quality and value of satiety. Never keeps you full or serves any purpose well as weight loss. Keep it off the list!

7- Avoid low fat foods like cheese under fat, butter or crackers. They are portrayed low fat, but the quality of fat is trans fat (unhealthy fat that makes you fat).
8- Keep real and natural foods like whole milk and its products, nuts, whole grains preparations, whole grains, vegetables, whole eggs , poultry or oily fish
9- Avoid processed or packaged foods such as noodles, pasta, chips, soy sticks, nachni wafers, or toasted any article. They have a high sodium content, leaving swollen the next day.
10- Avoid instant foods such as instant noodles, or wraps.
11- Avoid packaged sauces such as mayonnaise, ketchup or.
