The second installment of meal plans to lose weight comes with a loss weight of 3.3 pounds, but who's counting?
Again, in this menu you can see the food or should I say the fuel of the day was spread out in five meals.
had to improvise when I could not get to a place to eat because I was traveling and Brazil nuts is used as a snack.
would have been better to combine with a fruit or vegetable, but that's all I had.
Despite having five meals and going over 2,000 calories per day, they still lost an extra pound.
I do not expect to keep losing a pound a day, but after three days, I feel better all, more energy and better mood feel.
did squats and deadlifts first thing in the morning today.
Warm up with 45 lbs 2 sets of 5 squats
1 set of 4 squats with 65 lbs
1 set of 3 squats with 95 lbs
1 set of 2 squats with 115 lbs
1 set of 1 squat with 130 lbs
3 sets of 5 squats with 135 lbs
1 set of 3 squats with 135 lbs
and then went to a short workout deadlift:
1 set of 4 squat 185 lbs
then I found that my weight 3.3 pounds scale decreased from the previous day, from 200.0 to 196.7 pounds, so it will continue with the plan 6 meal a day, which so far have not hit even once.
