Dear Week 5
This week I met people I have not seen in quite some time. Well, they have not seen me in a while and outcomes (results) are becoming very obvious. What diet I'm asked and I responded with "I do not diet!" For the first time in my life, I can finally say I have found the right way for me to lose weight, get healthy and live my life.
Training 1: This training was very hard. He was sweating like a pig completely. I'm having a hard time writing this now because I'm so exhausted and feeling a bit dizzy.
Training 2: I'm pretty sore today, My Butt Hurts! I guess it's a good thing. Compared to yesterday, today's training was a piece of cake ... .oh I'd love a piece of cake at this time ... mmmm! chocolate cake or even some chocolate. Back to reality - 30 seconds planks are not a problem now - yay! I can really feel my strong and growing stronger core.
Training 3: training today was a challenge! But life is not a horse ranch and this body will not work alone (unfortunately). So, I did this training and was very happy afterwards. I can not even explain how amazing is the feeling after finishing a good workout. No matter how much you do not want to do a workout, the feeling after is 10 times better than the bad feeling and unmotivated in the beginning. That's one of the main things I'm trying to focus.
Training 4: This training was very short but intense. I really like these workouts because it's a reminder that you do not need a lot of time to do the job. And, with my crazy schedule, I really do not have much time to spare. perfect workout, really!
So, I'm still feeling pretty impressive! I changed the way I live and my eating and I'm even putting children also participate (fun cooking with me). And, unlike diets, which is a way of living and eating that I honestly can not imagine doing for the rest of my life. In fact, I would like to live this way for the rest of my life. I've never felt so much energy and so much confidence in long, long time. Maybe even once?
