Hello everyone! Today we are working our abs in just 6 minutes. I have a special guest here with me today, this is Sven. You may recognize from Results Runtastic application . He is here to do this abdominal workout with me (as if you need it!). We will train our abdominals using only body weight exercises and we will work very hard in a short period of time. But trust me - burn feel

Therefore, we have 6 moves for you and we will do all of them for one minute each, with no rest in between. So just 1-2-3-4-5-6 back-to-back. And when you're done with all 6 of these exercises, you are done with training. Are you ready? Let's start.

Here are 6 abdominal exercises for this training:

      1. scopes arm under plank
      2. Bicycle crunches
      3. V-Ups
      4. crunches
      5. scissor kicks
      6. Russian twists (easy or difficult)
