    Hello everyone! Summer is coming, and everyone wants to look and feel their best. So an easy way to get rid of temptation is to get rid of the trash. Foods I will always have in my kitchen are parsley [high vitamin C], quinoa [a whole grain high protein], [good nuts for heart health], olive oil and avocado [both are healthy fats ]. I try not to have junk food in my kitchen at all, or will see it and eat it. My favorite is the ice cream, so when I really want it, we walked to the ice cream shop and get either a scoop of coffee ice cream, frozen yogurt or frozen. That way perfectly portioned, unlike a pot of ice cream, which could in one sitting mindlessly while watching TV. They also usually have a bar of black chocolate on hand for a sweet tooth attack -., But a healthy high in antioxidants and at least 70 percent of real cocoa
