Summer is fast approaching, and there is no better time than now to reduce the size of our waist! Here's a great guide of ABS in the muscles that form its core. For a flat stomach you have to target all the muscles of the waist. Try this oblique adjustment capacitor my training daily television program filmed in the Caribbean a few years ago.

Your abs are the powerhouse! They are the center-the core of your body. Working the muscles and make them lean and strong, not only give you a sexy, flat stomach, but also support the spine while sculpting a toned physique.
Four abdominal muscles form: the rectus abdominis, internal and external obliques, and transverse abdominis. Your rectus abdominis forms the "six-pack", the front of the abdominal muscles that reaches vertically from the breastbone to the pelvic bone. A traditional crunches and crises focuses on the muscles. The plate is one of the best exercises for abdominal transverse muscles. To focus on the internal and external obliques, it is always done with a little twist, like a bicycle. The movement on the advice of my coach is another variation which also targets the obliques.
By adding to your routine abdominal oblique abdominal exercises, you will focus on all your abdomen when you exercise. This will improve your posture and help reduce back pain as well!
