Servings: 6 (2 quiches per serving)
ingredients
- 12 eggs
- vegetables and ground beef 3 cups (Example uses red and green pepper, mushrooms and ham)
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Crack and mix all eggs in a bowl.
- Add filling (vegetables and meat), cheese, salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Pour evenly on a baking sheet rolls 12 cups.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

- Chop the vegetables and meat into small pieces for more even cooking and prevent overflows the batter in the muffin tin.
