Hello everyone ! It is the second consecutive week I'm a day late with my meal plan. I am sorry. This time of year is the murderer to me. I try so hard to get a head start in the game, but it seems that just need 1-2 days of laziness (or disease) to be left behind. I'm looking forward to the summer. In fact, I can not remember the last time I was counting the days until my children where to do with school. This summer we'll be straight in cooling mode. No day camps. Without activity. They are not signing up for anything. All we're doing is camping and swimming. That's. This past year I have reached my limit with activities and other "occupations". Every week was filled with dance classes and weekends are filled with birthday parties and a million other commitments. We need a break. This summer I am officially taking it easy. Obviously, I have to still work, but the wonderful thing about blogging full time is what can be done anywhere and that's exactly what I intend to do.

we will have a right to my meal plan because I have 2 stunning recipes I want to write and programming obtaining today. I made a breakfast egg and quinoa bake a couple of weeks a go and it was delicious. If you like bowling quinoa breakfast then I know you will love this too.
This week will not have to do much preparation of the food, because I have a lot of food in my freezer and fridge have to eat. Also I have a lot in my pantry, so you do not have to do much shopping, either. Thank God for easy weeks.

- I prepared a plenty froze steel cut oatmeal a couple of months ago. My freezer is running out of space to be eating whole oatmeal this week. Here are my oats advice freezing .
Lunch

- My plan is to cut all vegetables today. Usually, I would like to have this done already, but do not have the time or energy during the weekend. It did not take long to cut the amount needed for a salad yesterday. Quinoa remains had yesterday, but intend to make another batch today.
Supper

- 'm making the hamburger meat for the salad tonight and save you some macaroni and cheese.
- I will prepare the other meals in the morning we will eat. I know this is not ideal, but when I can not move with the preparation of food on the weekend - or the night before - I try to get up early for dinner preparation that morning. This strategy works when necessary.
