The bowl smoothie is a new take on breakfast we can not get over it - too many possibilities! With the launch of our new flavor whey protein, we challenged Hanna (our resident expert recipe and dieititan) to reach his last conconction below. Ingredients:
- 1 portion of strawberries with cream protein powder
- 4 ounces of plain, full fat, Greek yogurt
- 1 ounce unsweetened coconut milk
- 3-4 ice cubes
- blueberries, strawberries (lining)
- Sliced banana (garish)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter (lining)
Instructions:
- In a blender, blend of proteins, yogurt and ice milk until desired consistency. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with layers of nut butter and other fruits. Enjoy!
