These protein bars are so easy to make Don Ni even they have to be able to cook to enjoy, tasty, healthy homemade protein bars. If you are like me, sometimes you want to eat healthily, but simply do not have time to cook. These large protein bars are ideal for when you're short on time, but do not want to rely on store-bought products. This is one of the most important proteins bars - which is quite high in carbohydrate, fat and calories. Do not hesitate to cut them into small bars if you want a light snack
Ingredients -. 12 bar
does4 1/2 cups uncooked oatmeal
1 1/3 cups natural peanut butter without added sugar
coconut cream 1 cup or almond milk
5 tablespoons vanilla or chocolate whey protein powder (available at Amazon.com )
Method:
1) Open a package or a can of coconut cream. Beat until the mixture is smooth.
2) Add vanilla powder whey protein and beat until the mixture becomes smooth.
3) Add peanut butter and mix with a spoon. You may need to heat your jar of peanut butter in a bowl with hot water to make it easier to work with water.
4) Add the uncooked oatmeal and mix well. You may need to use your hands at this point.
5) Flatten the mixture on a plate.
6) Cool in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 2 hours) then cut into 12 bars Even- size
