juice has become a real trend lately, but there are still many we do not know about it. Works? Why is it beneficial? What has health benefits? After doing a quick search through PubMed, I could not find any medical study in relation to the pursuit of health outcomes juices. Regardless, we know that consumption of vegetables / fruits are good for you and provide a good source of fiber and vitamins what we like to think it could be beneficial. Although there are things we do not know yet, I think there are benefits to juicing and it is only a matter of time before we do find some more information on it. So the issue here today, I will discuss why I think juice is beneficial and some possible disadvantages of doing it.

Why juices could be beneficial

  • vegetables and fruits contain a lot of vitamins essential
  • usually are high in fiber which helps maintain a good healthy digestion
  • compared to other sources of calories, which tend to be lower and more filling (can help lose weight!)
  • is an easy way to make delicious smoothies with fruit / vegetables that are to expire
  • If you're in a hurry, which creates a quick source of calories and can serve as a meal

Some potential disadvantages of juices

  • If your mixed fruit mostly can have much more sugar than looks and calories add

As you can see, there are some things to consider before trying to juice. In my own personal experience, it's something I like because they tend to buy fruits / vegetables in bulk. If I did not juice them, I'd end up throwing a lot of good food and this is an easy way to make sure you get some vitamins / fiber / healthy calories in my diet. If you start to get tired of juicing, I would change that idea to make smoothies; so I'll finish adding things like oatmeal and powdered protein drinks that give even more beneficial nutrients. It can be a very healthy way to get your vegetables / fruits if you are someone like me who have difficulty finding the time / desire to eat them daily; but mix it all together into something delicious, and I would not mind having as a daily gift.
