Ingredients
1 cup soy beans shelled frozen, defrosted
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (such as Cholula)
1 clove garlic
1 Roma tomato, diced
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except tomatoes in a word processor food and mix until smooth.
- Add diced tomatoes and stir gently.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Serve with pieces of toasted pita, wheat crackers, corn chips or vegetables
