Natalie Bieule is one of the most inspiring souls have yet to find on this earth. An Olympic, a mother of two children, a ballerina, CrossFitter - and one of the strongest women they have ever known. The last thing that defines it is his amputated condition, and she lives her life as such.
A little backstory: Natalie grew up dancing salsa and performs competitively until his career came to a sudden halt in 2001. At the age of 18, was killed by a drunk driver and he lost his right leg. What would have been a career-ending accident was nothing more than a minor setback for Natalie :. "I want to be a role model for my girls," Natalie said, speaking of his two daughters - 7 years old, Ava and 1-year-old Valentina. "You can not tell me no. I'm not set limits for myself." She tells her children: "Mommy is possible that a missing leg but still Mami jump boxes and lift those weights, because nobody will tell me not to, as no one will say no!"
She really has no limits. She still dances and constantly challenges herself. After his first child was born, Natalie jumped to CrossFit. "It was a way to test me," she said - and a way for her to continue being a great example for her daughter

Natalie is now a balance of two-a-day (two sessions on the same day) and two little girls, balancing time with her husband and children, weightlifting, and eating healthy. Something I loved about Natalie is how it will work with his eldest daughter, Ava, and reprogram their training retreats around excursions Ava. "The family first," Natalie said. "Do not let anything interfere with that. Finding that goal, what inspires you ... All I look forward to is to make them proud."
With his daughters as his inspiration, Natalie found the strength and the motivation to train for the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. Your favorite workouts include weight training, spinning, and CrossFit. . . with CrossFit being his favorite, for very special reasons. "It's one of those sports that surprise yourself," he said.
After only three months of trying the sport, he noticed a big difference in their training and started "crushing numbers." She said, "I'd like to see someone doing one of those squat with one leg, thinking 'How in the world are you doing?!' but now I'm doing it too. "Natalie also likes how CrossFit is so malleable what she calls athletes adapted. "I do not like the word disability," he said. "I was competing against women without disabilities and taking podium ... CrossFit CrossFit has to lower playground for everyone."
When not showing off their daughters a positive example through fitness, they are eating healthy together as a family. They cook as a family and always eat a healthy breakfast - Natalie loves "smart pancake" and Special K with berries. She looks forward to your whole family be in Rio to cheer -.
