Fiber-rich thanks to green beans and calcium contributed by the handful of sesame seeds, this salad is guaranteed to fill your stomach up if consumed with desire. Chomping happy!

  • Rations: 1 cup (100 g)
  • Cooking time :. half an hour
  • Cooking level: moderate

Ingredients:

  • : green beans 100 g, chopped
  • : sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
  • oil 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic: 3 pods

Method:

  • boil water in a large pot.
  • Add the green beans and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Drain and transfer immediately to a bowl of cold water and cook. Drain again.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and add in the green beans and fry for 2-3 minutes continuously.
  • Add the sesame seeds, saute while grains.
  • Add the garlic, salt and pepper to the beans.
