Fiber-rich thanks to green beans and calcium contributed by the handful of sesame seeds, this salad is guaranteed to fill your stomach up if consumed with desire. Chomping happy!
- Rations: 1 cup (100 g)
- Cooking time :. half an hour
- Cooking level: moderate
Ingredients:
- : green beans 100 g, chopped
- : sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
- oil 1 teaspoon
- Garlic: 3 pods
Method:
- boil water in a large pot.
- Add the green beans and cook for 2 minutes.
- Drain and transfer immediately to a bowl of cold water and cook. Drain again.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add in the green beans and fry for 2-3 minutes continuously.
- Add the sesame seeds, saute while grains.
- Add the garlic, salt and pepper to the beans.
