Finding the perfect recipe for pancakes can be quite complicated: often has to try a lot of recipes before finding the right one for you. After conducting our own research, we are happy to announce that we have found the perfect recipe for you! There is simply nothing better than these spongy protein pancakes 😉 Especially if eaten with some fresh seasonal fruit.
Ingredients for 4 pancakes (1 serving):
- 2 eggs oats
- 40g rolled
- 75 low g fat cottage cheese
- vanilla (plant)
- ¼ tsp. Cinnamon
Directions: Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Heat some coconut oil in a skillet and cook the pancakes until golden brown. You can recharge with all your favorite things: We like to eat with juicy strawberries and a little maple syrup. Enjoy!
A portion of pancakes (unfilled) contains approximately 340 calories, 26 g carbohydrates, 27 g protein and 13 g fat.
