Supper : 1 bowl of vegetable soup (cream or mushroom soup or fish stew), a small piece of bread

Saturday

Before going to bed . 1 cup apple juice, 2 dried figs
You can repeat this eating plan for 2-4 weeks, but no more than that. Once you have reached your goal to eat more fruits and vegetables and gradually increase protein intake.
