So if you do not is counting calories consumed and burned, how do you ensure that you are making healthy choices? Good question. This is what we recommend - and how it does, can boost your body image

1. Do exercises that you enjoy.. If you always focus on doing exercises that burn a lot of calories, you become a slave to a number. And you'll probably end up doing exercises that do not really enjoy - or overtraining. That is, you start to develop a negative mental association with the development and possibly even injury. On the other hand, if you really decide you like workouts, you'll not only want to do them (so they rely on willpower to make them is not a problem), but they will not suck the life out of joy. Which is, like, totally a good thing, huh?

2. It follows a scale hunger and satiety. Instead of counting calories, put your confidence back in himself and his body tuned to their hunger and satiety signals.
