I'm a professional student of fourth year and it's been four years before receiving my degree. I'm not saying this to brag, but to try to establish some credibility with you regarding my experience with preparing food and making easy cheap meals. As you can see, I've basically been in college for almost eight years ago and in those eight years, I think I've become very efficient in choosing and cooking food for a fairly low budget. In this article, I hope to share some of my experiences with you about how to make healthier relatively lower price for food. Personally, I also like to eat all the foods listed below and I hope you will too.

Another important part of cooking is easy to cook cheap meals in large quantities and bulk purchases from a warehouse store like Costco or Sams Club. This saves cooking time during the week and money are both precious for most college students and people in general. Later, then I will mention a small list of some foods that take at an affordable price. I think it will be more useful for most people, it is to learn how to choose what to do and how to find recipes. Regarding this issue, I know it seems simple, but I just want to point out some things that I never thought about when it begins to move out of the house, living on my own, and cook for me.

Things to think about:

  • Try not to be too demanding on the types of food that is eating. For example, better quality meats like steak or tenderloin steaks are expensive and most of us can not afford to really be eating every day.

Recipes and Food Ideas

spaghetti and ground beef (90% preferred lean health)

above is just one example of how I would eat during the week and as you can see there is pretty good variety. It is relatively healthy and all foods are very easy to do. When you leave your parents' house, we note the food is not always available when hunger and a good way to ensure you are always well fed with his busy schedule is to start making slow food sits simpler. As time passes, find new recipes you'll enjoy and try new things. Over time, you learn how to improvise by using ingredients and find ways to make cheaper and delicious meals.
