Our society tends to dismiss adult games as nothing more than a silly guilty pleasure or unproductive waist of time. "You are an adult now, seriously, focus on your goals"!

The idea that if you stop and play and let yourself, you will be wasting your time is a big lie!

With all our daily responsibilities of adult life, since it comes from school, a job, children, even pets, they tend to put any type of game in the background.

When, in reality, we must understand that the game is so important for adults as for children.

helps us to return to the origins of childhood, relieves stress, and helps us come up with great ideas.

Something like the theory of the shower, where you are taking and shower and focus on something else and a great idea comes to you. The same things can happen if you take the time out of your day to play!

Summer is here and what better time to go out and try some new ways to play with your family and friends? I realized the importance of playing as an adult beyond childhood.

Get outside and move the body of an hour a day! Go out and go to the park with your kids or take a class standup paddle boarding if you are lucky enough to live by the water! It's summer so water sports are especially fun if you're trying to beat the summer heat!

My boyfriend and I decided our first 5K run together and trained for it was well running water.

When they finally arrived on race day, crossing the finish line was so fun and get right next to run with someone I care so much was wonderful!

Get Outside and Play

Training together everyone, not just helped us bond together and decompress, but it was also a fun and cheerful way to play, while breaking a sweat!

Family bonding is also very important as well, and the event that my sister and I are out of the house now, thankfully all still live in the same city. So my mother, father, sister and I have found a new way to stay connected.

We all met on a Sunday morning and go for a long walk outside with our dog Simon family!

The benefits of walking together are numerous! Not only do we all get to reconnect and share what's happening in each other's life last week and catch up, to reap the benefits surprising health being made to move holds, including a lower risk of heart failure and reducing overall stress levels.
