preparation Method chicken Masala:

1) for the preparation of chicken masala, grind together for the first time the onion, ginger, garlic, coriander powder, pepper, garam masala, cumin seeds and cuajadahasta form a thick paste. Add salt to it.
2) Marinate the chicken with the mixture for 2 hours.
3) Fry the chicken, and fried to deep below the curry leaves and keep aside.
4) Heat the oil in a Kadai. Add green chilies and onion and saute the onion until golden brown.
5) Add turmeric and tomatoes and continue to saute until the tomatoes are fully cooked.
6) Add some cold water to powder which is a paste and add to the mixture.
7) Add sugar and a pinch of red.
8) Add the fried chicken and saute for a while.
9) Add a cup of water and cook for 2 minutes to make a thick sauce.
10) Garnish with coriander leaves and curry leaves fritos.masala chicken, a delicious dish of mouth watering, it is ready. Serve hot connaan, porotta, etc. roti
