I was out eating for the birthday of a friend and people were taking pictures and posting them on Facebook. The next day, I looked at these pictures and I could not believe that the person I was seeing. It not even looks like me - or at least it did not feel. I was so devastated by these images and the way it seemed suit- wearing a fat, says Erica.

Every time I feel like I give up I look at the photos and back again. Occasionally the fat inside me whispers in the ear to just give up; it is easier to be lazy and eat. But just look at the picture, how unhappy I was and that gives me the motivation to continue.
EXERCISES how was losing weight!
- I run three to four times a week.
- Every Saturday I will make a long term (over 10 miles).
- I will do strength training 1-2 times a week and seeing a personal trainer every Friday.
WHAT TO EAT!
to start the day with a breakfast consisting of protein, whole grains and fruits. I'll make a mid-morning snack; usually vegetables and hummus. Lunch is protein and vegetables. My mid-afternoon snack is something like the goat cheese on a whole grain cracker. Dinner is protein, a vegetable, and a complex carbohydrate. I do not usually bite past dinnertime. I eat five meals a day to keep my metabolism. I try to avoid dairy products, white bread and white sugar. I like 80 percent clean and read all labels very closely.
Losing weight change your life!
like shopping and that allowed me to buy clothes that could not fit into before. I feel more desirable, and even though I'm married and I love my husband, I love the looks I get from the opposite sex! I love the way my body feels. I no longer feel like I'm wearing a fat suit.
advice for people who want to lose weight!
is a process - and is a being for life. There will be missteps. There will be days when it is swollen or has gained a couple of pounds, but nothing is permanent and you can always get back into clean power. Not avoid temptations. If I have a craving for something or I'm in a room with a food that I know is not good for me, I will allow taste. Usually it works for me. And in the days when he could not stop at just a sample, I hit the hardest gym or running an extra mile. I am a believer of not depriving yourself; which is what leads to failure.
