Other month, another fad diet spreading like wildfire over the Internet.

The latest style of eating is known as the Diet Sirtfood, and is attracting the attention of people for a couple of reasons. One, it allows you to eat things like chocolate. Two, that promises great results quickly, and seven pounds in seven days. And three, that is to eat "sirtfoods", a magical food group that allegedly contain potent compounds to burn fat.

These factors have contributed to the capture Sirtfood diet big in England, and is beginning to make its way across the pond. But Sirtfood diet is really a good way to eat healthier? Or is it just another fad diet-of-the-month that will soon be forgotten?
