This is done to me by at least once a week: I fill my electric kettle with water to boil for my evening tea then ... well, anything can happen. I was in the middle of dealing with something or the TV program I'm enjoying just got really big and now what?
Hot water is completely now, unfortunately cold. The choice might seem easy; simply turn the kettle to boil again and again you can enjoy a couple more minutes.But what happens to the water when boiling again that?
This is something we will never taught in chemistry class, but must actually. When the water boils, the chemistry changes, which is usually a good idea as boiling out volatile compounds and dissolved gases. This is why boiling water over all guarantees that it is safe for consumption.
If boiled water is left too long or overheats, chemicals alter for the worse. To boil the water down, you're actually focused lot of hazardous chemicals rather than eliminate them.
