What is meditation and how to properly
Meditation is something that connects your soul directly to the final spirit. Everyone doing meditation, but do it correctly? Today we are going to have to give some of the instructions for meditation.

Therefore Yog and Dhyan are the needs of our lives. Everyone should go with this, and celestial better way of life.
