Hey guys, Happy Wednesday !! So I am here to share some useful advice for weight loss that you may not know about that could be an element of total change in the game! blue plates !
I always remember going to my grandfather's house in England when I was younger and watching the dinner wear used.
His dinner dishes were the size of our current salad dishes, if not smaller!
Eating larger dishes already been shown to cause you to eat more, and environmental stress, but did you know that the colors surrounding also has much to do with the amount that eats?
More importantly, it has been shown that the color plate eating out of business!
Why should I use blue plates to lose weight!

For example, if you eat a food light colored like pasta out of a plate of dark blue, are likely to eat less than if the pasta you eat out of a white plate.

it has been shown that blue helps suppress appetite because your brain does not associate forward!
Most likely because the only blue foods found in nature are blueberries so when we see blue as blue plates, our brain is not left as hangry and end up eating less
If you have ever wondered why McDonald and the two golden arches makes your stomach complain of envy to taste its salty fries, look at the color of the golden arches or the color of your happy meal boxes!
red and yellow are two colors that have been shown to spike up the appetite and stimulate our desire for food, in this case the bad fast food!
So stay away from yellow and red if you are looking to control their portions and lose weight!
The blue on the other hand curb our appetite and makes us want to eat less, is a calming color and tend to eat slower when the color blue is present during the time you eat, especially if you eat out blue plates!
My favorites for eating out of dishes are these , but I also like eating out of disposable blue plaques when I'm on the road!
If the blue plaques are really not your style you can still reap the rewards of weight loss by surrounding yourself blue during mealtime by using blue placemats to eat outside as well! These are my favorite!
Basically, the bluest can surround yourself during mealtime less will end up eating!
Now I'm going to eat a late breakfast in my blue plates!
