Even if you carve fat, it's probably not going to look like Taylor Lautner. 
What you want to do is do the best with what you have. If the abdominal muscles popping on top, but not at the bottom, awesome, work on them even more. If you have defined a cut in half, but not both sides then swing with that too. It is yours and no one else has is it. That's pretty impressive. Genetics plays a very important role in bodybuilding - simply can not be ignored. So a big key to crazy 6-pack abs is to prepare mentally to appreciate the hard ABS cattle that has been built.
   Myth # 3 :. SUPPs as shortcuts   
 We know many of these guys in the army. You can not pass one o'clock PT test because they do not take their SUPPs. Supps are a shortcut for a long fall. We are not saying they are not useful but strictly confident that this will change for failure. This is a conversation that constantly arises in bodybuilding when talking with beginners or the "average Joe". Supplements, steroids ... whatever. It's really about hard work and dedication. Sure, supplements help but never are key.

   Myth # 4 :. You can train your abs every day   
 abs are like any muscle. rest is needed. Of course you can train them every day, but after a certain point you'd just be spinning - even getting hurt. So when the real training begins can maximize control of the abdominal muscles and put them through the session toughest exercises possible. But you still need rest. Never forget. 
   Myth # 5 :. Certain foods explosive belly fat   
 This is a total myth. It is not the fact that there are foods high density fiber (such as citrus fruits and green leafy vegetables) that help you remove fat, but these foods cover only belly fat. The truth is that these foods contribute to a total loss of body fat, companies just say that because it sounds better. Hell, we've even made ourselves a couple of times. 
   Myth # 6: Crunches are still the way to go   
 While crunches are definitely effective - often regarded as the best single exercise in (the main external. muscle base) arectus abdominal work is limited in scope. It is much better to get all the way into shape. Build muscle, burn fat, and strong get all at once with weight training. Ultimately you want to target specific muscles in the abdominal muscles (and everywhere, while you're at it) in order to create the best sculpted 6-pack possible. Not only your six pack come in faster, but will be bigger and stronger to boot.
