How to create a positive mental attitude

Today I want to talk to you about something I feel very passionate about what the power of having a Positive Mental Attitude or WFP as more commonly called.
The term positive mental attitude was initially coined by Napoleon Hill in his famous book " Think and Grow Rich"
Well after reading this book along with hundreds of other self-help books I've read in my life, the idea of cultivating a positive mental attitude (PMA) became a cornerstone of my life philosophy.
What does having a positive mental attitude?
WFP is the philosophy that having an optimistic attitude in all situations in your life that can attract positivity and self improvement wonderful. People who constantly use a WFP employ an abundance mentality.
They have a mood that always seeks to find and execute ways to win, or find a desirable outcome in all situations, regardless of the circumstances.
People who believe in the philosophy of WFP oppose the negativity and hopelessness.
Optimism and hope are the two most important elements when you need to develop a WFP
Life is so full of both good and bad unexpected turns, and sometimes life just feels so overwhelming that you want to quit, I've been there.
The only thing that helped me get this victim mentality that had created for me is to have a positive mental attitude. He taught me that no matter what, everything would be fine, because what is the alternative?
You can give yourself every time. Of course we all have the time we doubt ourselves and our abilities, but the more you practice have a positive mental attitude greater resilience made in all different types of situations.
Our thoughts become our reality and in order to achieve your dreams you need to get rid of negative thoughts, because they have a strong impact and sometimes devastating in all aspects of our lives.
In order to break free from negative thought patterns and unproductive thoughts you need to recognize them for what they are. They serve no real purpose in your life that does not prevent you from achieving your dreams.
need to be identified and are not with their negative thoughts, in order to break free from a negative mindset should be more fully aware of their thoughts and start paying attention to the thoughts that are running through the head in a given time.
This is called attention and is very beneficial for lifting negative thoughts and increasing feelings of joy and happiness.
What happens when cultivate a positive mental attitude?
constructive and positive thinking allows you to be happy when things are going well in your life and helps you put into perspective other problems and deal with them in a positive way.
If you can change your thoughts can change your life, and when your brain is filled with more positive thoughts than negative can even rewire the brain!
How exactly does this happen? Well, the simple answer is science!
Positive thinking really does change your brain and not a magical way intangible but real physical way.
This means that our thoughts can change the structure and function of our brain, right well?
The discovery of Neuroplasticity is responsible for this and it is shown that the brain is infinitely adaptable and dynamic.
has the power to change its own chemical structure even for people with traumatic brain injury, the brain can heal itself and is completely life altering.
This means that when you think positive thoughts and repeat positive activities on a regular basis can basically rewire the brain and strengthen areas of your brain that stimulate serotonin and positive feelings of happiness.
Can you guess what the most successful and happy people think about all day?
The answer is very simple, they think about what they want and how to get it. They establish their intentions for the day, week, month or lifetime and then take small steps every day to get there.
We get so wrapped up in small and insignificant details of our lives.
being stuck in traffic, a slow Internet connection, forgetting to do a load of laundry, or other trivial things that ultimately have no impact on our lives.
If you really stop and think about it for a second, like slow down and wrap your head around this , which are currently sitting in the midst of a complete miracle blow it is happening right here and now.
You live on a planet that somehow knows how to rotate on its axis and follow a definitive way while rushes itself through space and time!
We have music, flowers, mountains and Trader Joes shortbread for God's sake?
You are living in a beautiful overflowing universe of beauty and the fact that not wake up every day in awe of the amazing world around him is a real shame.
A book that really helped me change my worldview is the book You are a Badass , who taught me to enjoy the beauty in everyday life .
It also helped to further understand how amazing the world we live can be if you cultivate positive thinking.
Having a PMA is so important to your overall happiness and satisfaction in life and I encourage everyone to read any book you need or change whatever mental hurdle he is prevented from having a positive mental attitude immediately .
Thus you can live the life you've always imagined and see the wonders in everyday!
