Last Friday + Weigh In

I had a great week in Weight Watchers. Not only because they lost weight, but because I had a very stressful week and not resort to food. Of course, often an effort not to eat when I'm super stressed, but that almost always leads to more eating when not eating. This week I planned my meals, stuck to them except for some meals, tracked down everything I ate, and I found some foods that just is not worth the Points of me.

Diet

Preparation of a bunch of vegetables last weekend really helped. I ate Zoodles and salads almost every day and I really enjoyed the eggplant stir fry I made earlier in the week. It was very filling and I loved the taste. Earlier this week I had some of the new Chips Ahoy cookies S'mores and quickly learned that just are not worth the points. I ate 4 and followed them, but at 13 SmartPoints, you live and learn. However, I was very pleased with my meals this week and I'm proud of my track.

I have not done working out priority work being so busy. I've been working long hours and need for sleep end face waking up at 4:15 PM. I got 2 OrangeTheory training this week and some walks, but that was all.

Saturday - 9,825 steps
Sundays - 12,840 steps
Monday - 7,353 steps
Tuesday - 3,928 steps
Wednesday - 3,461 steps
Thursday - 3,407 steps

weighing

'm really starting to feel like I've lost weight. My clothes are looser and I feel better! I'm so close to the mark of 10 pounds and only about 10 pounds of my first mini goal.

Initial weight : 254 pounds
Week 9 Weight : 244.8 pounds
Week 9 Results : -1.8 pounds
Total weight loss : -9.2 pounds

At week 10 !! Hoping to hit 10 pounds lost in week 10!
