Low Carb - Lemon-Parmesan popcorn
I love to eat small bites when I'm watching a movie; I do not know what it is, but watch a movie and eat snacks are inextricably linked for me. The problem is, of course, that most movie snacks are very unhealthy - chocolate, M & Ms, the fries - all are fattening. Luckily, I found this amazing recipe for popcorn that is low in carbohydrates and super healthy. It's a bit unusual, but once you try it, you'll love! lower carbohydrate snacks in "Low Carb recipes"
Ingredients -. serves two
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
a pinch of sea salt
3 cups of popcorn air
1 tablespoon freshly grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Whisk the oil, lemon pepper and salt in a small bowl. Sprinkle over popcorn and mix well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
