This is a girl who has been having some serious problems trying to reconcile asleep and staying asleep at night, and everything is due to sinus infections.
This poor girl suffers from chronic sinus infections and in order to help the team some parents have been using a Neti pot to clean up the accumulated mucus and bacteria. I have personally never understood why they work so well, but they do and that's what has helped this girl to overcome many difficult nights in the past, but this time was a little different than before.

Unfortunately, the last sinus infection appears to be one of the worst I have had children, and the incredibly massive thing * * out of the nose after using the Neti is simply ridiculous. For a little girl with a nose so small, that does not seem like she should be able to keep that both packaged - no wonder she has been suffering! If this is what happens every few weeks or every two months, then that girl should know a level of relief beyond my understanding, because that has to be one of the most satisfying feelings in the world for her.
