Staying fit for the room!
Hello everyone!
Fourth of July weekend is here !!! I'm so excited to spend a lot of dear friends and friends! In addition, it is the birthday of my honey bunny, so I'm in charge of the food throughout the long weekend for all our guests weekend!
I love when people come to me wherever I go and I get health and wellness questions! Over the years, I have been asked all the questions in the book-what is the best way to tighten your abdomen after having a baby, advice on how to have younger looking skin, and, of course, everyone always ask me why I like. I am always happy to share my tips on health and fitness! I love to help all of you and your stories mean a lot to me.
I'm so inspired by my amazing online community! I love to go on reading and how everyone is doing and see how much the team members support and encourage each other in their amazing trips!
For years, many of you have asked me: "How to keep fit during the weekend holiday And most importantly, how to deal with all barbecues and parties? ? "
Fitness is a lifestyle and to make it yours, it really requires some additional balancing act. That's why I'm a big believer in just 30 minutes a day to squeeze in your workout. It really will positively affect your health and wellness.
One of the biggest things I do on the Fourth of July weekend is to have a bit of everything, so I do not feel deprived of enjoying the moment. Maybe for sharing hamburger or hot dog. That's what I'll do. And I make sure to eat lots of vegetables on the side. I'll be making a big green salad and vegetables have plenty of snacks.
need freedom from guilt! We all feel pressured to do everything in our busy lives and it is really hard to keep up with everything you want to do and to carve out the time to take care of ourselves, too. As the mother of busy work, I totally understand! Sometimes it just starts with small steps that are easy to cultivate a habit, even if you start with just 10 minutes each day and then move gradually to the goal of 30 minutes. Squeezing in a 10 minute workout on your schedule, you will find that will give you a boost of energy to help you through the day, and help maintain motivation. Start with 10 minutes and then the next week you can do 15 minutes ... then 20 and before you know it, you've reached your goal 30 minutes created a healthy habit. You can find 10 minutes! You need to be a priority because they deserve it! And I promise you'll be so glad you did! You can even start with 10 minutes and then squeeze at other times 10 minutes throughout the day so that all add up to 30 minutes? That counts, too!
Here are some ideas for you so you can start ...
- A 10-minute walk before work (in if you get it done before the day starts then you will feel great knowing that already has been done and you can cross off your list!)
- Put two songs and dance away! (Or try my training Mother daughter dance in my plan of 10 weeks, which is a powder quick cardio routine 10 minutes!)
- March in place or even try some squats when you're watching the news. (On downtime in time toning!)
- A bike ride of 10 minutes with your spouse or your child before or after dinner (quality time together working out is a great ritual to have in your daily life).
- A 10-minute walk up and down the stairs. (For an added challenge, try to skip a step to tighten your tushie!)
- or one of the many large segments of 10 minutes of cardiovascular exercise low impact using one of the videos my 10 weeks, 360 plan (all my training sessions are divided into segments of 10 minutes so you can easily work a little quick exercise, focused on his daily regimen. Start with some abs in the morning when you wake up, to then do upper body when you get home in the afternoon or toning Barre 10 minutes or legs training-there are so many to choose from to start!
