Hello everyone! Muscles do not know if you're in a fancy gym or in your kitchen. These tips are designed to our busy lives ... one minute here and a minute there sum. These are great ways to sneak in some exercises throughout the day. Keeping your muscles in tone works miracles for your metabolism.
- For a firm background when you're walking down the stairs, always skip a step ... you will feel more at its rear end. Always remember to tighten the buttocks.
- Keep a pair of weights 3 pounds or 5 pounds on your desk and do lifts while talking on the phone, between meetings, and so on.
- In the vehicle, tensioners stomach ... inward and tighten your abdominal muscles for 5 seconds. It is equivalent to 1 sit-up.
- Do not Squats, while drying her hair in the bathroom ... lifts the buttocks.
- do leg lifts in the kitchen.
- Hula Hoop for your waistline ... that helps circulation and works up the muscles around the torso. Play good music and have fun with it.
- Use resistance bands to their arms and legs workouts.
- Sit on a balance ball in your desk ... that helps engage the abdominal muscles. Then you can roll the ball back and do some push-ups in the office, too.
All of these are great ways to tone any time ...
