This legs workout crazy is routine you should be able to do in less than 15 minutes, but it will leave you with wobbly legs. It seems easier and easier as you go along, because we're going from 100 repetitions to 10 repetitions per exercise. Here is the routine -. - 20 jump squats (back drop as low as possible, then jump as high as possible);

-. 10 burpees (these are only some exercises, but a great calorie burn comes with them)

Repeat 2 times.
