When it comes to the relationship between civilians and law enforcement, there seems to be nothing more negativity reported in recent times. tragic shooting after tragic shooting, regardless of their position in them, is certainly not the ideal relationship we would like to see between us and those intended to "keep the peace."

What is particularly exciting about the act of care and value is the fact once broken out of the cell, the inmates could easily have acted selfishly and freed themselves with the keys to the jailer is now available. But instead, none of them even considered doing this, and just focused on saving human life while ensuring to protect their own welfare once they had reached help.

Events like this remind me that anyone, regardless of their history deserves to be associated with stereotypes. We are all unique individuals who are always growing and changing.
