Is it possible to melt the abdomen and end with a flat belly and fit into the pants 32 inches in six weeks? That sounds like a stretch to me, but I'm more than willing to test myself. My guess is that if you are in their late teens to their twenties, you probably are not desperate to find a way to hide her pregnant belly.

Furthermore nutritional base, I'm going to change the training I've been doing to be more in what they recommend that more training based circuits, especially because I want to go faster from the gym, celebrate finishing my strength training in 30 minutes instead of one hour. I tried today actually and went back home and had breakfast by 815am instead of the usual 930 or 10h.
The first circuit did was today:
45 lbs Squats 5 reps
shoulder presses 45 lbs 12 reps
Pullups 80 lbs asssistance 8 reps
20 lbs Rizos 10 repetitions
Pushups 15 repetitions
and repeated three times going up squat 45 pounds to 95lbs and shoulder press up to 95lbs and dominated the attendance of 60 pounds.
At the end of three circuits, I was pretty tired and my muscles definitely felt more pumped.
finished me off the workout with dead weight, a set of 135 pounds for 5 reps and a set of 155 pounds for 5 reps.

One more thing which is very unusual in this plan is the need to eat six times a day. What? Yes, six times a day for six pack abs, that sounds contradictory to me, but I want to give it a try, I'm sure I'm not the only one who has skipped meals and eaten but think that going to mean less sagging. So today, for example, really it made an effort to get breakfast by 830am and move forward with a snack at 11 am, lunch at 1 pm, snack 4 pm, dinner at 6 pm and one more snack at 8 pm. I want to give this program a good week or two before posting my numbers I'm tracked, but not published so far. If I see that this does not work at all in a week, I will not bother with it, but if I see that things are happening, then I bet you do.
