Six weeks to Six Pack Abs - Day 3

today is the third day in my quest to finally get this last 25 pounds off my gut. I wrote about this yesterday if possible or not to get six pack abs in six weeks. This last Saturday night was 211.4 pounds, not very nice and I would be the first to admit I looked like square face SpongeBob and chinless, so he felt desperate and decided to try this program for me and others if it works!
This is what my meal plan seemed yesterday:
Breakfast: 1 whole egg and three whites scrambled with a teaspoon of flaxseed. Then I put the scrambled eggs on top of a whole rye grain tortilla and topped with raw spinach, tomato, onion and four slices of lean baked turkey. That took about 5 minutes maximum ten to do.
Snack :. About a cup of red grapes and a handful of almonds
Lunch: 1 can white albacore tuna in water, mixed with 2 teaspoons light mayonnaise, put this on top of a whole omelette rye grain and topped with raw spinach, tomato, onion, olives and pickles. Which also they took about 5 to ten minutes to make.
Snack :. Vegaone chocolate protein powder mixed in a cup of hemp milk with 2 teaspoons unsweetened peanut butter and lots of ice cubes
Cena :. 2/3 cup chickpeas civil mixed with spinach and roasted garlic and 2 veggie burgers, the night before I had salmon

And after all this food yesterday, still lost another pound so from this morning after a 2-mile walk and run I was 202.1, a decrease of 9.3 pounds in 3 days. Yes, I know most is likely that water, but not complaining.
What I have learned from this so far is that it makes much more sense to go into dinner not starve starve most of the day and then go into dinner when most likely you or I or most people with weight problems and / or depression will start binging.
a lot of sense is made to eat breakfast, even if it is a quick smoothie made with a cup of 1% milk, or almond milk or coconut milk or hemp milk, there are so many options along with a banana or strawberry and peanut butter, a cup of raw oats 1/4 and whey protein or vegetarian.
Since yesterday was something like a full body workout with squats, deadlifts, chin-ups, push-ups and curls, I decided to do a 2 mile walk cardio / running on the treadmill to break up a bit stuff. Yes, as I said yesterday, I'm trying the idea of circuit training whole body moves rather quickly from one exercise to another.
What is the benefit to you? Well, if before July 4 I'm up to 180 pounds and 15% body fat of 211.4 and 26% and I can do this at 58 years old, imagine what you can do, for sure if minor and of course if you are the same age or older. The moral of the story is that we do not want to give up and be fit in body and mind one day at a time and that's how I'm taking it one day at a time.
Six weeks from now is going to come, why not try to make the most aggressive transformation, but smooth as possible in that time frame.
Do not forget to drink water and eat your vegetables.
