This week will be crazy! Well, not every week, but the next couple of days are a little nutso. My kids go on their annual summer trip to Colorado with my mother to visit my sisters. Last year they went for a week and had a blast. This year they are asked to stay longer, so I'll let them stay for 10 days. This is the first time you will be away from me for so long. It is a bit stressful but they'll be with my mom and sisters so I'm not too worried. Previous to his departure moments are pretty hectic. Do you think I was planning a trip for the queen or something.
Also, the day my children take off for Colorado my best friend from high school (who now lives in California) is flying in to stay with me for the week! I'm super pumped about that. I can not wait! Therefore, I am struggling to get everything done that needs to be done for your visit. The most important thing is I'm trying to get my blog scheduled work beforehand. I prefer not to work while she's here, but I think one of the downfalls of working for yourself is that you do not have vacation time. But I plan to take the next couple of days for a long time and ended . OYS Melisssa writer and I have been working on a new monthly meal plan, exercise program, and the challenge to offer in OYS habit. This has been in the works for a couple of months and is almost done. so close to being complete. Melissa is very good to be on time. I on the other hand ... I'm struggling to balance everything and get this new meal plan done well. Anyway, it will be done and will be available for sale on Saturday. I do not care if I have to stay up for 48 hours straight ... it will be done on time. Make sure to look on Saturday. The two are so excited about it and I know the kids love it and find it very useful.
As you can see I'm trying to adapt to a million things in 3 days. I need an assistant. No kidding, I have intended to provoke an assistant in the next couple of months. Do not ask me what they're going to do yet. Maybe I just speak from the cliff occasionally. It's a joke. I do not know what I'll have an assistant do ... but I know it has one help - along with a housekeeper. If a housewife ... let me take a moment and fantasize about that. Ahhhhhh.
Until then we will get to my weigh in, exercise program, and weekly meal plan.

I know I have not lost any weight this week, but I feel pretty good. I have in 4 solid runs and made sure to drink a green smoothie every day. So while my weight did not move I actually felt thinner and not as swollen as recent weeks. I feel very confident moving forward.
This week I have to be flexible with exercise, so I will not write a schedule. Still plan to get a lot of exercise because my girlfriend is also a runner. And she is engaged, so I know I will be no slacking in the department of exercise. I anticipate that my career will take off rather than on tape. In addition, most of our days will be spent sunbathing by the pool, so if I get motivated to try on a pair of swim training too.
My only concern this week is the amount of wine consumed. I'm just saying. That's something we have to consider. Oh, and he is obsessed with her cheez too. Oh boy weigh in next week could be a problem. Haha well it will be worth it, I'm sure.
Here is my meal plan this week. Again, I have to be flexible and easy. This is what I am planning for us, minus the popcorn, Cheez her, and wine. Oh, and I'm sure there will be a cup pb Reese lying there too. Ahhh I wish he were here now

- I have still some detoxing smoothies in the freezer. Having these smoothies made and frozen before time has been very helpful. Just remember to take them out the day before to drink a glide.
