This idea of post exercise came from real life experiences of daily exercise Tammy. She confessed that sometimes your strength training routine does not happen and is pushed into the background for any number of reasons. After doing cardiovascular exercise, sometimes he realizes that it is too tired to continue strength training. Or she does not have time to do because there are a million other things to do. I'm sure many of you can relate to these obstacles. It is important to remember that you do not have to do all of your exercise, ie, cardiovascular and toning, all together at one point during the day. Yes, there are benefits to doing together, but there are also benefits to your daily exercise break into smaller pieces throughout the day. Furthermore, if that is the only way to get it done, then you better not do it at all. Tammy had the idea of making some quick toning moves before bedtime to help get the results they are looking for. So she asked me to put together a short routine bedtime toning anyone can do anywhere, even literally next to their beds. So here you go!
This routine should take ten minutes or less. These are not the movements that are going to get your heart rate is raised, which is a good thing since they are preparing for bed. And hopefully you've squeezed some cardio somewhere else in your day. These moves are designed to perform slowly and in a controlled manner in order to target your muscles and really help sculpt them. Of course you can change the number of movements, doing less to start if you are a beginner, or if you are an advanced athlete.
Because never want to do strength training moves with cold muscles completely, just make sure that you have been moving a bit before following these steps. Do not just get off the couch where he has been sitting for an hour and makes. Walk a little, straighten your house, anything that gets your body moving light. After doing these movements, it is a good idea to stretch briefly. You can even make your sections lying on his bed.
Bedtime quick toning routine
25 squats
25 stationary lunges right leg
25 stationary lunges leg left
15 pushups
20 sit-ups
25 lifts buttocks (Lie on the floor on your back, lift and tighten the ass)
15 extends side leg lifts with the right leg
