Snack: 3 nuts;
Dinner: 2 glasses of water (the ideal combination would be slightly fizzy mineral water) + 50 grams of rice soup with mixed broth vegetables, basil and parsley (can be flavored with 2 teaspoons cheese) ;
After dinner: a fruit;
Thursday
Breakfast: 2 cups water + a glass of soy milk + 2 slices of bread;
Snack: 15 almonds;
Lunch: 2 cups water + a bowl of vegetable soup without vegetables + 2 boiled potatoes;
Snack: 3 nuts;
Dinner: 2 cups water (mineral water or slightly fizzy water with residues of medium-high) + sea bass cooked with white wine, tomatoes, parsley, olive oil, spices + 50 grams of oven plate + comprehensive salad roller;
After dinner: a fruit;
Friday
Breakfast: 2 cups water + fat-free yogurt + 30 grams of cereal + coffee;
Snack: freshly squeezed a citrus fruits;
Lunch: 2 cups water + 150 grams of veal escalope grilled + a salad;
Snack: 3 nuts;
Dinner: 2 cups water (mineral water) + 120 grams of tofu cooked in a pan with oil, garlic, chili and tomato;
After dinner: a fruit;
Saturday
Breakfast: 2 cups water + a glass of soymilk + 30 grams of whole grains;
Snack: freshly squeezed a citrus fruits;
Lunch: 2 cups water + a boiled egg + a bowl of salad + 50 grams of whole wheat bread;
Snack: 15 almonds;
Dinner: 2 cups water (mineral water with relatively high fixed residual) + spaghetti;
After dinner: a fruit;

Ingredients: 90 grams of spaghetti + ¼ shallot + zucchini + 10 + 3 tomato sauce with black olives (pitted) + 3 green olives (pitted) + garlic + basil + Sage + white wine + one teaspoon extra virgin olive oil + salt + a tablespoon of grated cheese + red pepper.
Preparation: clean the zucchini and cut into pieces (tomatoes are fine in half). Mince the shallot and let it wither with all the garlic in a pan with the white wine.
Combine vegetables, olives, red pepper, basil and sage. Room and cook for ¼ hour and then remove the entire whole garlic. Add the spaghetti and season with the sauce. You can also sprinkle on a little grated cheese.
Sunday
Breakfast: 2 cups water + fat-free yogurt + 2 biscuits;
Snack: 25 pistachios;
Lunch: 2 cups water + 80 + grams of roast turkey salad;

Procedure: Take a pan and dip the tomatoes in the inside, add garlic, pepper, salt and shallot (done however thinly sliced). slowly it forms a sauce. When the sauce has thickened, remove the garlic and add the arugula (properly washed and cut). Cook for 3 minutes with the lid closed. At this point the pasta is made.
