ingredients (for 3 people)
- 2 cups Poha thick
- take 60 grams of fresh coriander leaves (cilantro leaves / Dhaniya)
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped 1 medium green pepper, chopped 1 inch ginger.
- olive oil, cumin seeds, chopped onion, salt, lemon juice
Directions
- Take 2 cups of thick Poha (flatten rice), rinse thoroughly with water. And I keep it in a bowl. Now add 1 cup of water in Poha and leave for 10 minutes
- Take 60 grams of leaves of fresh cilantro (coriander leaves / Dhaniya), 3 cloves garlic, 1 medium green pepper chopped, 1 inch chopped ginger. Now everything grind in a coffee grinder and make pasta
- skillet over medium heat, add 1 teaspoon olive oil (any vegetable oil), add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds in hot oil, whey dotting , add 1 medium chopped onion. Saute the onion until tender. It takes 2 minutes. Now add ½ cup (60 grams) of frozen peas. You can also use fresh peas (cook longer). Stir for 30 seconds, then add the cilantro cooked (cilantro), garlic, ginger, chili paste. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Now add Poha (flattened rice). Mix everything carefully with remaining ingredients. Add salt to taste, gently mix well. Now add 1 tablespoon butter, saute gently for two minutes on low heat. Add the 1 teaspoon lemon juice, sprinkle chopped fresh coriander (cilantro) leaves. Give a great stir and smooth the top with 60 grams of roasted peanuts. Serve immediately.
