If going to be the one in white, standing side (on both sides), or simply get your sleeker surrounded by childhood friends and former costume, you are hoping to impress, our 6 weeks training plan before the wedding will get you ready for the big day!

This plan consists of five days of training and two active rest days a week. The main days of training include a combination of cardio, core, and strength. We know that if you are involved in wedding planning, time is tight. So these exercises are designed to minimize the time you need to spend in the gym. Push the weights that decides and increase the intensity of your cardio sessions for best results! Stress also is at its highest point pre-event weeks, so if you feel the need, days of active rest can also be cardio light or yoga to help blow off some steam, to keep movement, and burn a few extra calories.

Of course, even the best training programs will not do the trick if we do not address what is happening in the kitchen. You need energy for training and preparation of the wedding, so no need to go crazy with calorie restriction. Focus on staying hydrated, cutting sugar intake (food and drinks, especially the adult variety), and eat a good balance of protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats.
