  1. Food Scale - This is the number one resource for heavy food. When planning to cook your food, get the exact weight by using your food scale.
  2. Measuring Spoon Set - This is useful when cooking with oils, sugar, etc. You can not think that a tablespoon of oil does not amount to a lot of calories, but fat contains more calories per gram compared to carbohydrates and proteins.
